These terms and conditions (the ”Terms and Conditions”) set out how you can use www.360cityshapers.com (the “Site”) and associated services.  The Site is owned and operated by Kerri Farnsworth t/a 360° Cityshapers.

By accessing this Site, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to abide by them at all times.  This applies to the whole website and any communication between us, including email.

All content published and made available on this Site is the property of Kerri Farnsworth t/a 360° Cityshapers and the Site’s creators.  This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of this Site.

As a user of this Site, you agree to use it legally, and not to use it for any illegal purposes.  This includes, but is not limited, to:-

  • loss of data or loss of revenue or profit, even if the Site’s owners and/or creators have been advised that such damage could occur

  • use of the Site results in the need to repair or correct equipment or data, for which you as the Site user will need to bear the costs

  • outcomes that occur as a result of how you use any of the information or resources on the Site, or any communication between us, including by email

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Disputes

Any disputes, other than those relating to intellectual property rights, harassment and/or activities deemed to be fraudulent, will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.  Which party bears the costs relating to this process will be decided as part of the arbitration process.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law, and to reflect any changes to the way we operate this Site and the way we expect to use us to behave on this Site. We will notify users of change it to these Terms and Conditions by updating this page.  

Continued use of the Site means you have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions.
